The King Sun counterflow infill are designed from the vacuumed form fill rather than other which are using the press winded type.

Vacuum form infill can be withdrawl out block by block for conducting maintenance cleaning services if found to be dirty in future rather than those conventional press winded infill that totally cannot withdrawl out.

The heat exchange for this infill are even and 20% more better than the old press winded type.

Easy cleaning maintenance for fture as the infill conducted cleaning at outside, can be taken out in block by block form, then install in back in block by block again.

Infill are designed into one whole sheet blocks compare to others which are separated into many combination blocks. One whole sheet blocks will produce better cooling capacity and also reduce water drift loss. Infill lifespan would be prolonged, not damaged easily.

Filteration system silencer net made by special type Nylon are install on top of basin, below of infill to avoid dirty particles to fall into the basin pond, thus maintain the cleanliness of process cooling water.

Most of the internal area are FRP made rather than steel structure which can be corroded rusted easily as time goes by.
